Complaints Procedure

Direct Reporting Ltd is committed to monitoring and evaluating  its services to enhance its quality. All complaints are given full consideration and we will do our best to resolve any complaints as soon as possible.

We will acknowledge a complaint within 5 days of receipt of the complaint. If you have not received an acknowledgement within 5 days, please contact us to ensure we have received your complaint.


After we have investigated a complaint, we will endeavour to provide a written response as soon as reasonably practicable.  We will aim to provide a response within 4 weeks of receiving a complaint but, if we require more time to investigate a complaint, we will contact you and let you know the reasons for delay.
